We’re closing out the year with something special for our wonderful community: the Winter Classic Showcase! This is a community contest for Maximum Football fans to design and submit their own custom team for a chance to have it added to the game.
Whether you build a team rooted in gridiron tradition or dream up something completely out of left field, this is your opportunity to make your mark into the Maximum Football history book.
How to Enter
Entering the Winter Classic Showcase is easy!
- Create your team in Maximum Football.
- Take at least one screenshot of your squad in action.
- Fill out the form here to enter!
Voting
Each submission will be reviewed by the Maximum Football team, so make sure your screenshots show off your team’s identity, uniforms, and logo clearly. The team will select 10 finalists and then you, the community, will vote on two winners.
Prizing
We’ll be recognizing some of the most creative minds in our community with a mix of in-game rewards, shoutouts, and the ultimate prize: having your team added to Franchise Mode.
10 Finalists Receive
- 1,000 Max Stacks
- Team Architect Finalist Discord role
- A spotlight feature in our social and blog finalist announcements
2 Winners Receive
- Maximum Football: Legend Edition ($40 value) or 4,000 Max Stacks if already owned
- 1,000 bonus Max Stacks
- Their team added to Franchise Mode as a default team
- In-game shoutout during featuring their team name, logo, and creator credit
- Creator cameo: the winner will appear as a player on their own team (with balanced ratings and appearance for fairness)
Tips for Success
Do:
- Create a unique team with a strong, cohesive theme
- Be original and tell a story through your team’s look and identity
- Think about how your team might fit within Franchise Mode
Don’t:
- Use AI-generated images
- Use copyrighted materials or existing team designs
- Submit real-world teams
